HGTV New Shows 2026: Bachelor Mansion Takeover, Wild Vacation Rentals and the Flip Off Rematch

HGTV new shows 2026: the network quietly dropped one of its biggest freshman classes ever this year — here’s every new show on the slate, who won the mansion, and the one rematch everyone’s still waiting on.

If you blinked in 2026, you missed an entire freshman class. HGTV rolled out new series all year long — Bachelor stars with power tools, comedians rating potato houses, and the Property Brothers talking nervous buyers off the ledge — and the Reality desk has now run down every single one, verified, dated and accounted for.

The year’s wildest crossover landed first. Bachelor Mansion Takeover premiered March 2, with Jesse Palmer hosting as 12 Bachelor Nation alums — including first Golden Bachelorette Joan Vassos — renovated the iconic Bachelor Mansion room by room for a $100,000 prize. Tayshia Adams and Tyler Cameron judged, and after six episodes of alliances and eliminations, Noah Erb took the crown in the April 6 finale, per TV Insider. Same night, different energy: Wild Vacation Rentals sent real-life besties D’Arcy Carden and Sherry Cola on a girls’ trip through America’s most eccentric rentals — a bird’s nest, a grain silo, a potato house, a former missile silo — crowning one “must stay” per episode, per HGTV.

The Scotts anchored the spring. Property Brothers: Under Pressure premiered March 15, with Drew and Jonathan Scott spending 14 episodes guiding wary buyers through fierce markets and sticker shock before folding in the renovations. April went international: Tropic Like It’s Hot (April 6, 16 episodes) chased the sun with buyers hunting tropical dream homes, and World’s Bargain Dream Homes (April 14) proved how far a budget stretches when the stunning, turnkey house comes with cost-saving incentives attached, per HGTV’s official description.

Summer belonged to the outdoors. Worst Yard on the Block premiered July 15, sending two curb-appeal duos — Tucker Kincaid with Jared “J.Paul” Foster, and Blake Hawthorn with Margo Fairchild — to rescue the most unsightly yards in America, feral cats and code-enforcement fines included, per TV Insider. The year actually opened with the slate’s strangest comfort watch: Neighborhood Watch, 16 half-hours of hilarious, outrageous moments caught on security cameras, smart doorbells and nanny cams, which premiered January 7. And this fall brought Botched Homes, with Charlie Kawas fixing renovation disasters — and filming through chemotherapy before announcing his remission — ahead of its October 21 season finale.

HGTV New Shows 2026: The Rematch Still to Come

Still to come: the rematch. The Flip Off Season 2 is confirmed, with Tarek and Heather Rae El Moussa defending their crown against Christina Haack, who per HGTV is throwing out the rule book this time. Filming began last September and the flips are still underway — but as of now, HGTV has not announced a premiere date, and we’ll be first on it when they do.

One more comeback to watch: Egypt Sherrod and Mike Jackson, whose Married to Real Estate was cancelled in 2025, are filming two new shows — the travel-meets-real-estate Home Abroad with Egypt and Mike and the give-back series Deserving Design. Per People, the couple has not yet revealed which network or platform either show will call home, so despite the HGTV history, we’re not stamping a network on them until they do.

Nine new faces, one mansion winner, and a rematch still on the calendar — that’s HGTV’s 2026, all in one place.
