A year ago Meek Mill fired up and released a series of 140-character tweets, shaking up pop culture. Now DJ Drama Weighs In on Involvement in Meek vs Drake Feud!!!

Flip and get the tea from DJ Drama…

Since then Drake received a Grammy nod for his diss track “Back to Back,” while Meek trumped the former for the Top Rap Album with Dreams Worth More Than Money.

We previously told you that the beef was ignited reports that Meek and Drake’s feud was ignited off of ghostwriting accusations. Well Drama has finally come forth to reveal that Meek believed Drake’s verse on “R.I.C.O.”! Drama says that the feud from the song which appears on Dreams Worth More Than Money, was aimed at him and his relationship with Nicki Minaj, CelebNMusic247.com has learned.

Drama says:

“I’m going to say this and we’ll put it to rest.”

“My involvement in the situation was the fact that [Meek] thought he was getting dissed with the line “to me the girl of your dreams is really not a challenge.” I said, Bro, he’s not dissing you. Those weren’t technically [Drake’s] bars.”

Interestingly enough, while those bars weren’t aimed at Meek, a few months later Drake later name-checked Drama’s ex-wife, Summer P. Walker, on “I’m The Plug” off of last year’s What A Time To Be Alive (“And it really aint no thing / I got Summer P in this thing”). Off the strength of that alone, Meek’s concern was sure warranted.

Drama also clarified that he was not the person responsible for leaking the infamous Quentin Miller reference tracks.

He told Hot 97:

“Go ask Flex where he got the records from. He didn’t get them from me.”
