Yes, Its true, Public Enemy and godfather of reality TV, Flavor Flav Charge Wtih Second DUI after being arrested in Vegas back in May for speeding.

Flav, born William Jonathan Drayton, was stopped on May 21 for going 87mph in a 65mph zone according to the Nevada Highway Patrol.

CelebNMusic247.com reported in May that Drayton, 56, was arrested on the suspicion of DUI, marijuana possession, having an open container of alcohol, driving a vehicle with suspended registration and driving with a suspended license.

The PE member blood tests (allegedly) done by the EMT reveal their may have been more than just a lil pot in his system, according to TMZ.

This is Flav’s second charge in two years.
