CelebnMusic247.com reports that the song title “Cozy” makes reference to her sister, 36. “Might I suggest you don’t f–k with my sis / ‘Cause she comfortable,” the performer sang.

Fans quickly took to social media to speculate if the lyrics were about the 2014 footage that appeared to depict Knowles attacking her brother-in-law, 52, in an elevator.

“No way, #Beyonce singing ‘Might I suggest you don’t f–k with my sis’ in Cozy is her recalling what happened with Solange and Jay-Z in 2014,” one social media user wrote via Twitter.

A second commentator tweeted, “When Beyonce says ‘might I suggest you don’t f–k with my sis’ she means like bc Solange will f–k you up on an elevator right? Right.”

In the surveillance video, Knowles appeared to be hitting and kicking Jay-Z while her older sister silently stood beside them. At that time Beyonce and Jay cheating rumors made headlines.   She addresses the controversy following the elevator fight footage that surfaced at the Standard.

Jay Z + Solange Elevator Fight Recap

At the time, the trio noted that they privately “worked through” the drama. “Jay and Solange each assume their share of responsibility for what has occurred,” the joint statement, which was released in May 2014, read. “They both acknowledge their role in this private matter that has played out in the public. They both have apologized to each other and we have moved forward as a united family.”

The response continued:

At the end of the day families have problems and we’re no different. We love each other and above all we are family. We’ve put this behind us and hope everyone else will do the same.

Later that year, Beyoncé seemingly addressed the drama in a remix of her “Flawless” track.

She sang in August 2014:

Want me to come around and give you good karma / But no, we escalating, up in this bitch, like elevators / Of course, sometimes s–t go down / When it’s a billion dollars on an elevator.

Amid speculation that the incident was due to Jay-Z’s infidelity, the couple seemed to confirm the cheating rumors on their respective albums 4:44 and Lemonade.

[Intro]
This a reminder

[Verse 1]
Damn, I love the burning of the dagger
From the words that you say (Fuck, yeah)
Dancin’ in the mirror, kiss my scars
Because I love what they made (Ooh, yeah)

[Pre-Chorus]
She’s a god (Ah-ooh), she’s a hero (Ah-ooh)
She survived (Ah-ooh) all she been through (Ah-ooh, ooh)
Confident (Ah-ooh), damn, she lethal (Ah-ooh, ooh)
Might I suggest you don’t fuck with my sis (Ooh)
‘Cause she comfortable

[Chorus]
Comfortable in my skin
Cozy with who I am
Comfortable in my skin
Cozy, cozy
Comfortable in my skin
Feet up above your sins
I love myself, goddamn
Cozy, cozy

[Post-Chorus]
So cozy
I love me
They hate me
‘Cause they want me
(I’m dark brown, dark skin, light skin, b?ige)
(Fluorescent b?ige, bitch, I’m black)

[Verse 2]
Been down, been up, been broke, broke down, bounced back
Been off, been on, been back, what you know about that?
Been the light, been dark, been the truth, been that King Bey energy
I been thick, been fine, still a ten, still here, that’s all me
Black like love too deep
Dance to the soles of my feet
Green eyes envy me
Paint the world pussy pink
Blue like the soul I crowned
Purple drank and couture gowns
Gold fangs a shade God made
Blue, black, white, and brown
Paint the town red like cinnamon
Yellow diamonds, limoncello glisterin’
Rainbow gelato in the streets
Renaissance, yachtin’ in Capri

[Pre-Chorus]
You’re a god (Ah-ooh, you’re a god), you’re a hero (Ah-ooh, you’re a hero)
You survived (Ah-ooh) all you been through (Ah-ooh, ooh)
Confident (Ah-ooh), damn, you lethal (Ah-ooh, ooh)
Might I suggest you don’t fuck with my sis (Ooh)
‘Cause she comfortable

[Chorus]
Comfortable in my skin
Cozy with who I am
Comfortable in my skin
Cozy, cozy
Comfortable in my skin
Cozy with who I am
I love myself, goddamn
Cozy, cozy (Okay)

[Bridge]
I’m cozy (I’m cozy)
I’m juicy (I’m juicy)
You hate me (You hate me)
‘Cause you want me (‘Cause you want me)
I’m swaggy (I’m swaggy)
Effortlessly (Effortlessly)
That’s how God made me (How God made me)
So, bitch, pay me (So pay me, ching-a-ling, ching, ching)
(I’m black)
(I’m probably one of the blackest motherfuckers walking around here)
Cozy
(In this motherfucking place)
(I’m probably one of the blackest motherfuckers in this house)
Cozy
(I’m black like that)

[Chorus]
Comfortable in my skin
Cozy with who I am
I love myself, goddamn
Cozy, cozy

[Outro]

Unique is what you are
