Here we go again, the Chicago based rapped Bobby Shmurda Trial Has Been Postponed for another 4 months from May to September!!!

We previously reported about Bobby Shmurda, the rapper who’s behind bars on drug and weapon charges, claimed in March that he was only arrested because of the color of his skin!

Yes, Shmurda pulled the race card, which was filed with civil rights lawyer Derek Sells, and now the court system has decided to make him wait a little bit longer behind bars. He was scheduled to head to court this week on May 12th, but now the trial will take place on September 12, a full four months later. This is not the first time is court date has been postponed. Back in February his trial got postponement from the original date of February 22nd 2016 to May 12th.

Bobby will be watching summer pass him by from a jail cell. We have been told that Shmurda has been staying busy writing two movie scripts about his street life in Chicago and new music, this according to his mother.

Maybe his films will show us hie true life of crime and how he ended up in jail on a weapons charge and more.

The delay comes per request from the rapper’s side of the case, reportedly from the four attorneys handling the defense, which includes Shmurda’s own lawyer, Alex Spiro. The rapper has been charged on counts of weapons, narcotics and conspiracy.
