Birdman has been alongside Lil Wayne for his entire career, and the Cash Money Records head is still impressed with what his label’s biggest superstar.
Bird goes on to say that Weezy is an accomplished rapper in an interview with MTV, admitting he is still impressed by Weezy and his latest album, I Am Not A Human Being II.
Birdman said:
“With Wayne, it’s always, to me, d*mn near like magic to watch him work and how he go in to do what he do.”
“I Am Not a Human is totally different. To have an artist that can do that and be so [mechanical] like he is, he’s a gift, and his album is so hard. It’s so raw. I think the fans are gonna enjoy it. You always say that because he’s so talented, but he just do his thing. He’s a monster.”
