CT Tamburello’s divorce is finally settled — a $1M Tampa house for his ex, no spousal support either way, and a clear runway for his Phaedra Parks chapter.

Divorces in reality TV usually end with a reunion fight. This one ended with paperwork — very expensive paperwork. Per Reality Tea, CT Tamburello has reached a divorce settlement with his estranged wife Catalina White, closing the legal chapter of a marriage that lasted less than two years while his relationship with Phaedra Parks moves forward.
The numbers are the story. According to TMZ reporting cited by Reality Tea, the pair signed the settlement on October 13. Both sides waived spousal support. Tamburello keeps his four-bedroom, three-bathroom home in Cutler Bay, Florida — 1,793 square feet, valued at around $600,000 — and all cars in his possession. White keeps her Tampa, Florida home, valued at an estimated $1 million, her 2023 Ford Bronco, and all rights to her business. Each keeps their own bank and retirement accounts, and a separate confidential agreement covers their intellectual property and digital assets.
White filed for divorce in April 2026, per Reality Tea, with both citing irreconcilable differences. The pair married on October 15, 2024 in Key Largo, Florida — meaning the settlement arrived almost exactly a year after the wedding, and after months of working toward a resolution.
Hovering over every line of the deal is the new relationship. Reality Tea notes TMZ first reported Tamburello’s romance with Parks, of The Real Housewives of Atlanta, in September — while the divorce was still being finalized. That sequencing is exactly why a clean, signed settlement matters here: it converts a messy overlap narrative into a dated, documented ending, and it does so before either reality franchise has to answer questions about it on camera.
There is a cross-franchise wrinkle worth noting, and it is pure CelebnMusic247 territory. Tamburello is a pillar of MTV’s The Challenge; Parks is Bravo royalty who has already crossed networks herself. A romance linking those two worlds tends to outlive the shows that created it — and with the financial split now settled, there is nothing left to litigate except public opinion.
Neither Tamburello nor Parks has, in the reporting cited, commented on the settlement terms themselves. What the document says on its own is enough: two houses divided, no support owed in either direction, business rights protected, and a marriage formally over.
The 247 Take — A $1M house for White and zero spousal support either way is about as clean as a reality-TV divorce gets. CT closed the book properly — now the Phaedra chapter gets to be judged on its own merits, not its timing.
