Rapper Casanova Denied Bail Deemed A Danger!

This is crazy, but it appears that rapper Casanova has just equaled Kodak Black being deemed a danger to the community by a judge who denied his bail. Read on…

CelebnMusic247.com reports that a judge has denied rapper Casanova bail after deeming him a danger to the community.

We previously reported that Casanova’s attorney presents a $2.5 million bail package for early jail release, but it was denied.

Casanova has been behind bars since he turned himself in this past 2020 and now it looks like he’ll there for 2021 as well. No thanks to VLAD TV whose interview was used to imprison Casanova.

According to NY Daily News, Judge Halpern said:

The fact that violence seems to be perpetuated by associates of Mr. Senior…sit’s plausible to interpret that as evidence…Mr. Senior doesn’t have to get his hands dirty.

Prosecutors charged 18 alleged members of the Untouchable Gorilla Stone Nation Gang in connection with various racketeering, murder, narcotics, firearms and fraud offenses. Casanova is facing several charges, including conspiracy to commit racketeering, conspiracy to distribute controlled substances, and possession of a firearm in furtherance of a drug trafficking crime.

The rapper put up five properties and 13 co-signors — which are worth approximately $1,103,669.00. His co-signors combined salaries of around $1,266,145.00 and guaranteed that Casanova will show up for his trial should he be released from the Westchester County Jail, in Valhalla, New York.

The amount totaled $2.5 million. The judge is not taking the chance of letting him back on the streets.
