Greene alleges Nelly and his team are trying to defame her lawsuit by using the press as a vice in order to salvage his reputation in the music industry, CelebNMusic247.com has learned.
Nelly counter-sued Greene for defamation after she sued him for sexual assault and defamation in December.
In the claim, Monique Greene recalls that the “Country Grammer” rapper allegedly started masturbating, then had oral and vaginal sex with her. The Washington college student claims it was against her will on his tour bus.
No offense, but if she was acting like a groupie outside of his tour bus, what did she expect to happen?
In the age of the #MeToo movement, it appears Monique Greene could win and get the case thrown out.

In separate court documents, obtained by The Blast, Greene also accuses Nelly’s girlfriend Shantel Jackson of corroborating his alibi to “further his defamation campaign” against her. Jackson later released a statement saying she was “at the venues, in the dressing rooms, and on that tour bus” at the time of Greene’s alleged attack.
