Currently, Gucci Mane is back home behind bars in Georgia for aggravated assault after a fan said the star hit him with a champagne bottle.

Yesterday (March 27th), the magistrate judge denied bond for the rapper at his first court appearance
Gucci Mane allegedly did not enter a plea.
The rapper’s attorney, Drew Findling, explained to Reuters that he would appeal the bond denial and said that he had six witnesses that had been interviewed by his office about the incident. He claims it was a brawl that had nothing to do with the rapper.
Findling said:
“None of them said Gucci had anything to do with it.”
