We have been reporting on Lil Wayne’s hospitalization today. He was first admitted to a Texas hospital. Then MTV is reporting that Wayne is at home, but 4UMF has uncovered the story and just got off the phone with the Young Money camp only to find that Weezy is currently in Louisiana.

TMZ is reporting wrong about Lil Wayne’s condition as our friends over 4UMF have given us the REAL SCOOP about Lil Wayne’s condition.
Weezy boarded his private jet from Texas heading to his MIAMI home, but along the flight, Weezy had a second seizure like attack while on board.
Weezy is NOT at home like MTV has reported, because he is currently being released from a Louisiana hospital at this time. Our sources who spoke with the Young Money Camp also tells CNM247 that this is the second seizure Wayne has had within 24 hours.
Although TMZ is saying LA our contacts from the camp is saying he was going to MIAMI!
We previously told told you that the media had blown the reports out of proportion, but now it is sounding like the YMCMB camp is trying to cover up the attacks.
