In case you didn’t know, despite leaving the hospital, Troy Ave has been denied bail for his attempted murder and weapon charges!!!

Last week he was dubbed suspect number one in the T.I. backstage shooting and now he is claiming victim. Which we find interesting since his attorney is saying that the video that surfaced is not tell the whole truth. Plus some fellow artists, like Meek Mill and 50 Cent have been showing the rapper support on social media.

Following Meek Mill’s words on the subject, 50 Cent has also offered some advice to Troy, posting a photo of the New York MC being wheeled into the court yesterday after his release from hospital.

50 Cent captioned the pic:

“Self Defense that’s more like it now…Hold ya head TROY. See how the story change.”

With 50 Cent weighing in and saying “Self Defense that’s more like it now” makes it all sound like Ave’s attorney, Lemon is trying to put a spin on things to get Troy off the hook for allegedly being the problem at the scene of the crime. The video is pretty explanatory, so how is it NOT telling the truth?

Troy’s charges stem from a shooting at T.I.’s Irving Plaza show last week which left 1 dead and 3 injured. Troy was among of those wounded, while his friend, Ronald “Banga” McPhatter, was the man who lost his life. A video which showed Troy opening fire inside the venue was later released by the NYPD.

Troy’s lawyer recently argued that Troy is in fact the victim in all of this, suggesting the short video clip that was released tells only a small piece of the story. “It doesn’t say what happened before, it doesn’t say what happened after. The scientific evidence will show he didn’t shoot himself. This was another rush to judgement,” he told the New York Daily News.
