50 Cent Heading To Trial!!!

We previously reported on Rick Ross and 50 Cent beefing, now 50 Cent Heading To Trial For the Rick Ross Baby Mama’s Sex Tape.

Word is, 50 Cent will stand trial in June to determine whether he unlawfully posted a sex tape featuring the mother of Rick Ross.

CelebNMusic247.com has this to report that 50 Cent will stand trial in June to determine whether he unlawfully posted a sex tape featuring Rick Ross’ex-girlfriend and baby mama to YouTube in 2009.

Here are the deets for Lastonia Leviston, the woman who appears in the sex tape, sued 50 for emotional distress in 2010, and the trial date for her lawsuit was just recently finalized.

In 2009, a 50 Cent-Rick Ross beef led to 50’s alleged acquisition of the sex tape in question, featuring Leviston and her ex-boyfriend Maurice Murray. 50 allegedly blurred out Murray’s face (but not Leviston’s) and added his own narration before posting the tape to YouTube.

50 will likely be ordered to fork over some of his Vitamin Water money.

In other news, Tony Yayo got checked by 50 Cent on social media!

According to Baller Alert, it happened because Yayo shouted out Mike Lighty on Instagram, the brother of Chris Lighty, who passed away in 2012.

Apparently, Fif doesn’t care for Mike, despite being close friends and business associates with Chris for a number of years.

“TBT. RIP Chris Legend. @mikelighty” wrote Tony.

That’s when the G-Unit leader chimed in. “Yayo, why you shouting Mike b—- ass out?”

It’s not clear why 50 doesn’t care for Mike. What is known, however, is that he’s slammed Yayo in the media before.

Last year, “The Animal Ambition” creator went on Hot 97 and dissed Tony and Lloyd Banks for appearing on a song with Troy Ave. He also compared the rappers to spoiled milk.

Yayo CLAPPED BACK on Twitter, writing:

“As much bullets I took for G-Unit. My moms crib shot up, almost killed my sis and my niece.”

“Now I’m compared to milk. I made that brand.”

Later, after the G-Unit friends patched things up, Tony explained his response to 50 on Hot 97’s “Ebro in The Morning.”

He admitted:

“I did get emotional on Instagram.”

“That’s my first time. But these are my brothers. I had a lot of frustration that year.”

The Queens spitter added.

“I had feds knocking on my door. All kinds of crazy things going on. I’m not the average – I don’t live the average rapper’s life – so I got emotional. And you know, 50’s crazy … It’s almost like he’s not human sometimes.”

As far as Yayo’s recent squabble with Fif, it doesn’t appear that much more will come out of it. That’s unless he sends another emotional Instagram message.
