Must we Lorde? Apparently Lorde is feeling herself a bit too much and is throwing SHADE at EVERYONE in the music industry, especially Drake and Nicki Minaj!
New on the music scene and Lorde is already coming out the box swinging and dissin fellow artists! She has been already bashing David Guetta and Selena Gomez, and now the uncensored 17-year-old is now lashing out at Drake and Nicki Minaj for their rhymes’ subject matter.
Lorde spoke briefly about her experience listening to hip hop music, and she had this to say:
“Around the middle of last year I started listening to a lot of rap, like Nicki Minaj and Drake. They all sing about such opulence, stuff that just didn’t relate to me—or anyone that I knew. I began thinking, ‘How are we listening to this? It’s completely irrelevant’.”

Now, can someone feed this girl some humble pie??!
We understand that she couldn’t relate to Drake and Nicki Minaj, but let’s be real NOT everyone can relate to Lorde either. Music is a vast world of different styles, creeds and ideologies, so Lorde needs to check herself for the ignorance she just aired online.
