Jennifer Hudson Leaves Weight Watchers:
Jennifer Hudson has parted ways with Weight Watchers after being a face behind the brand for four years.
CelebNMusic247.com has learned via 4UMF.com that the 32-year-old singer tweeted about her leave early Friday saying:
“Sometimes you have to step back and let your work speak for you, and when that doesn’t work you walk away knowing you did your best…It’s been fun and a pleasure good luck to you all. @WeightWatchers.”
Hudson’s rep later confirmed the split between the singer and the company. During her commitment to Weight Watchers, Hudson lost 80 pounds and dropped from a size 16 to a 6.
Hudson said in a statement Friday:
“My experience with Weight Watchers has truly been life changing.”
“I am grateful for what I have learned throughout the process and will always take it with me. I have chosen to step away from my role as ambassador and I am excited for the year to come, with many new projects and lots of new music.”
