There are multiple sites Prince Details that he died from the effects of an overdose of Percocet (a drug that is a combination of acetaminophen and oxycodone, an opioid – It is highly addictive) days before his death!!!
It was also said that EMTs had to administer a “save shot” at the airport where his plane made an emergency landing to save his life. It’s now being revealed that Prince’s entourage told responder’s he had taken the painkiller after his Atlanta concert which triggered the emergency.

We don’t want to say that Prince died of an overdose until it is a fact, but what we eat, drink or medications that we take can build up in our bodies (especially the liver). The Kidneys have to excrete the toxins out and we need to stay regular. A way to do this so you can stay clear of an overdose is drink a large glass of filtered water with the juice of ½ a lemon, ½ teaspoon of apple cider vinegar and a pinch of cayenne pepper before breakfast will increase your energy and metabolism and will clear mucus and toxins from your vital organs. Before he was found dead unresponsive in an elevator and pronounced dead on Thursday, the 5’2” singer had several health issues to deal with during his lifetime including epilepsy and more recently, the reported need for a double hip operation.
In 2009, Prince opened up about being epileptic. He said:
“I’ve never spoken about this before but I was born epileptic. My mother and father didn’t know what to do or how to handle it but they did the best they could with what little they had.”
The singer added that his mother’s religious faith helped him to deal with the illness, saying:
“My mother told me one day I walked in to her and said ‘Mom, I’m not going to be sick anymore.’ And she said ‘Why?’ And I said ‘Because an angel told me so.’ Now, I don’t remember saying it, that’s just what she told me.”
Besides his private battle with epilepsy, Prince was 10 years overdue for a double hip replacement after years of dancing on stage in heeled boots.
It’s thought that Prince may have refused treatment because of his faith as a Jehovah’s Witness. His religion doesn’t allow its members to have blood transfusions, which makes complex surgery impossible. And NOT the reports saying that he was demanding a suite, and when one was not available he and his entourage left the hospital.

The coroner’s office just released Prince’s body to his family, but the cause of the singer’s death is still a mystery. The report will not be discussed or revealed for three or more weeks. The results from the exam won’t be disclosed until toxicology results come back.
A rep for the Midwest Medical Examiner’s Office in Minnesota says they’re still collecting the singer’s medical records as well as family medical history to complete their investigation.
As for the Carver County Sheriff department, Olson gave few Prince Details about what his deputies found at Paisley Park on Thursday morning.
- Prince’s body had no obvious signs of trauma when he was found in an elevator.
- They’ve found nothing to indicate the superstar’s death was a suicide.
- Prince was found by staffers at Paisley Park, who’d gone there to check on him after being unable to reach their boss by phone.
- The Sheriff said he “would not confirm” if he knew of any medications Prince was taking.
