We all heard that Nick Gordon is now “legally responsible” for Bobbi Kristina Brown’s death and her father, Bobby Brown Wants Nick Gordon To Face Criminal Charges!!!
Find out why Bobby Brown Wants Nick Gordon To Face Criminal Charges on the flip…

CelebNMusic247.com has more on details regarding Nick Gordon being “legally responsible” for Bobbi Kristina Brown’s death. Her father, Bobby Brown wants justice and Nick to serve major time!
Last week we learned via 11alive:
A Fulton County judge ruled Nick Gordon is “legally responsible” for Bobbi Kristina Brown’s death after the defendant failed to appear in court on Friday.
The conservator of Brown’s estate filed a wrongful death civil lawsuit against Gordon in August 2015. The suit accused Gordon of assault, battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress. Plus the transferring of money from Brown’s account into his own without authorization. All red flags!
Krissi, the daughter of Whitney Houston and singer Bobby Brown, died in August 2015 – several months after being found unresponsive in a tub at her Roswell townhome. Gordon was her longtime partner.
Gordon was scheduled to appear in Fulton County court Friday but was a no-show.
Well his no-show was a result of his choice to not appear in court, so the judge dropped the hammer on him.
Why the no-show?
Guilt?
No one knows.
Now that Gordon is “legally responsible” for Bobbi Kristina Brown’s death. Bobby Brown says that he will not have closure until Gordon faces criminal charges.
We don’t blame Bobby for feeling this way at all.

Here is what we’ve learned on Bobby Brown wanting Nick Gordon to face criminal charges:
- Gordon was sued by Bobbi Kristina’s court-appointed co-conservator, Bedelia Hargrove, following the 22-year-old’s death in July, 2015, and her father joined the lawsuit as a plaintiff in May (16).
- In their legal papers, her boyfriend Gordon was accused of giving Whitney Houston’s only child a “toxic cocktail” of substances which rendered her unconscious on January 31, 2015. No one know why or how she ended up in the tub like her mother. Which questions if she was placed there to look like she had drowned. That part remains a mystery, but none of it made sense.
- She was placed in a medically-induced coma and spent almost six months fighting for her life.
- Adding to question, Gordon missed two court dates during the legal battle and earlier this month.
- Nick’s no-show resulted in Fulton County Superior Court Judge T. Jackson Bedford ruling that Gordon had been “admitted through omission.”
- The judge ruling brought Bobby some peace. However, the former New Edition star is still processing his emotions and feels stating that he will not be able to fully come to terms with the tragedy. He states until Gordon is held criminally responsible.

Bobby Brown says in an interview with Pastor T.D. Jakes:
“I know some things that happened to my daughter.”
“I don’t know the specifics of what happened, but as the judge has said, he is legally responsible. I know some things that happened to my daughter, but it’s up to the D.A. (district attorney) now to do his job.”
Bobbi Kristina Brown’s father adds:
“The D.A. still hasn’t taken out criminal charges on Nick Gordon (sic), and that’s what I’m waiting for him to do. That’s when I think I will get some closure,”
“Just knowing that he’s legally responsible for my daughter’s death has given me a bit of calmness to waiting for the D.A. There’s a lot of strange things that will come out in the criminal charges against Nick.”
He insists he always knew Nick was responsible because his daughter had a morbid fear of bathtubs after her mother drowned in one. Brown also says that she would never have willingly stepped into one.
Brown explains:
“My daughter was afraid of tubs because of what happened to her mom. So I know she wouldn’t have gotten in the tub.”
“I mean it’s crazy because the tub wasn’t even full of water.”
Gordon has never been criminally charged and has has denied the allegations made by Bobbi Kristina’s estate.
Sounds like it no longer matters what he says, because he pulled a no-show and didn’t explain or defend himself in court. We have noticed in life people who are guilty tend to do things like that because they know what they did wrong and want to be caught.
What do you think?
