Dame Dash Makes New York States Tax Deadbeats’ List!!!

OMG, how embarrassing! NYC dogged out Jay Z’s former Roc-A-Fella Records partner Damon Dash, but we just learned that Dame Dash Makes New York States Tax Deadbeats’ List.

There is one fall list that no New York players want to be a part of. Most all of New York’s elite avoids this list like the plague if they can help it, but the New York State’s Top 250 Delinquent Taxpayers has just been released and Dame Dash name landed on it.

Ouch!

CelebNMusic247.com has this report via PageSix who revealed that Dame Dash Made New York States Tax Deadbeats’ List:

Making the cut is Jay Z’s former partner Damon Dash — who owes $2.28 million and ranks No.?28 (which we previously reported in August), according to the Department of Taxation and Finance. It’s actually not Dash’s worst showing — he previously owed $4.14 million in state income tax from 2005, 2007, 2010 and 2011.

In better news, he was reportedly cast this week in an upcoming BET reality series with Snoop Dogg, Birdman and Jermaine Dupri (which should help pay the bills).

Also on the list is restaurateur Nello Balan at No.?30, owing $2.18 million. Balan told us of his tax woes:

“The previous version of Nello, which has been around for decades, had a few issues which I understand are being resolved. For the past several months, my primary focus has been on the release of Nello 2.0 later this year. It will be a major upgrade.”

A rep for Dash said, “No comment.”
