D.A. REJECTS Diddy Felony Case?!?
Yes it’s true, Sean Diddy Combs just caught a HUGE break after being arrested last week for attacking a UCLA Coach because the D.A. REJECTS Diddy Felony Case.
CelebNMusic247.com got word that the L.A. County D.A. has rejected the Diddy case, meaning he will not be charged with a felony, but Diddy is not out of the woods just yet.
Here’s the report:
We’ve learned the case will be referred to the L.A. City Attorney, which could file misdemeanor charges against the mogul.

TMZ broke the story, Diddy was arrested last month after getting into a fight with his son’s UCLA football strength and conditioning coach. UCLA cops arrested him for felony aggravated assault and making terrorist threats.
The D.A. disposed of the case in a day, meaning it was a weak felony charge. Now the City Attorney must decide if it warrants prosecution for a lesser offense, most likely misdemeanor assault.
The City Attorney could make a decision next week.
Word is that several UCLA football teammates want Justin Combs back on the field. Maybe now that the D.A. has thrown out Diddy’s felony case, Justin can get back to college football.
Here is what was reported:
Several key UCLA football players are calling for Justin Combs to return to the squad … telling TMZ Sports the guy is a hard worker and a good friend … and he’s getting a bad rap.
As we previously reported, Combs — a redshirt junior — was asked to stay away from strength and conditioning drills for the rest of the summer … prompting the kettlebell incident involving his dad.
Now, we’ve spoken with 3 members of the UCLA football team — important guys — who tell us they respect Justin and don’t want him off the team.
As one player put it … “Justin is a great friend and teammate. He works hard on and off the field. I hope he comes back.”
Another player said, “He is a really cool guy to be around and I hope he does come back.”
