It was only a matter of time before we started hearing that Chris Brown Baby Mama Drama kicked in over his daughter.

CelebNMusic247.com has learned that Chris Brown and the mother of his daughter, Nia Guzman, are headed to court.

Brown and Guzman can’t come to an agreement on a child support amount and have decided to let a judge step in.

Brown has been paying the former model $2,500 a month for the needs of 1-year-old Royalty, according to TMZ. Guzman is reportedly demanding $15,000 a month from the star.

In an effort to settle the feud, Brown filed paternity papers in Houston, Texas, to get the ball rolling.

Brown also claims Guzman has been denying him visitation.

Since announcing he is a father, little Royalty has taken over Brown’s Instagram account.

On Sunday, while accepting an award at the 2015 BET Awards, Brown admitted that fatherhood has helped him grow up.

“A lot has changed in my life, a lot of mistakes, a lot of lessons learned,” he told the audience. “The best thing, I’m most thankful for is my daughter. At the end of the day, love is love.”
