Cardi B Surrenders to Police Over Bar BrawlCelebNMusic247.com reports that the “Back It Up” rapper was flanked by bodyguards and shielded with two black umbrellas as she surrendered at the 109th Precinct in Flushing Queens.

Cardi B didn’t answer questions then, nor when she exited the police station smiling and waving to fans around noon after receiving a desk-appearance ticket.

Page Six reports:

Cardi was charged with two counts of reckless endangerment and one count of third-degree assault for the alleged attack that also involved about 10 members of her crew. She is due to appear in Queens criminal court Oct. 29, police said.

As for the female bartenders, sisters Jade and Baddie Gi, they claim the “Drip” rapper attacked them Aug. 29 while working at strip club Angels.

It was said that Belcalis Almanzar best known as Cardi B allegedly tossed the hookah and glasses during the fight, while members of her crew supposedly threw bottles and chairs at them, causing bodily harm.

The fight started after Cardi was tipped off that both sisters (Rachel Wattley, 21, and Sarah Wattley, 23) had sex with Cardi B’s husband, Offset.

They’re listed on the police report as “friends/acquaintances” of the rapper.

Cardi only went to the police station to clear her name in regards to the allegations at hand via sources who spilled the tea to Page Six saying:

Cardi is heading down to the precinct to clear her name and innocence

Her lawyer, Jeff Kern, added Monday:

We’re aware of no evidence that she caused anybody any harm at the club that night. We expect that the matter is going to be resolved expeditiously.

Cardi B received a desk appearance ticket to appear in court at a later date, tentatively scheduled for October 29.
