About a week ago, 90s/Onyx rapper Fredro Starr fired shots at veteran rapper DMX!
Let’s recap:
During a recent interview with The Breakfast Club, X told a story about Fredro introducing him to a female at a California club. Fredro told X it was cool if he took her home for the night, which X did. But according to X, Fredro actually liked the woman on the low. The entire time X was at a hotel with her banging her out, Fredro repeatedly called asking her if she was still with DMX.
Welp, DMX has dismissed Fredro Starr as being a “midget” who “can’t even reach my knee.“
X told TMZ:
“I am not worried about him.”
“All he is is a sitcom Moesha gangsta. He should just stick to being a reality gangsta cause that’s about all he’s good for. [He] is just trying to use me to get back in the music scene.”
Fredro heard what DMX said in his recent interview, so he decided to make a diss video about him and posted in on youtube.
Fredro rapped:
“This n*gga X talking sh*t right, If he ever try it again/He be in front of the firing pen/If his crew front, there be a lot of dying men/At the funeral, family and crying friends.“
Bottom line, Fredro is looking like a fool. It sounds like he’s bitter that one, that X can do time and then get back on his game and put out an album. On top of that, it sounds like there’s a deep rooted issue over some girl from back in the day, that he needs to get over. And three, Fredro needs to stop talking shit about X and focus on a new sound, new music and stop being so pettie and maybe, just maybe he’d get a second chance at music too. Just saying!
