Rapper Benny The Butcher Back In NYC Recovering From Shooting!

CelebnMusic247.com reports that The Butcher is letting his body heal following an alleged robbery attempt and gunshot injury in Texas this past weekend.

Benny The Butcher was one of four shootings that took place in Texas last week. All incidents involving five men coming up on each rapper and then shooting them. The first was Mo3 who was killed. Then Boosie, who also was shot in the leg on his birthday.

Next was the hip hop dentist, Dr. Rose who is also a part-time rapper, got shot multiple times in front of his dentist office. He is recovering as well.

When Benny did remove it fast enough, one of the assailants shot him in the leg. Benny was able to drive off and take himself to the ER where he was treated for the gunshot wound to his leg.

Houston Police spokeswoman Jodi Silva said the 35-year-old performer, whose real name is Jeremie Pennick, was shot in the leg around 4:30 p.m. Saturday afternoon in the parking lot of a Walmart on the southwest side of the city. As Pennick stepped out of his Rolls Royce, she said five individuals wearing masks approached him and two others who were with him, demanding their chains.

Silva noted that one of the suspects thought the rapper was moving too slowly and subsequently shot him.

Benny’s Griselda group member Westside Gunn went to his social media pages with a sneak peek at Butch. Westside joked about Gunn surviving the attack and getting pampered like a true don.
