Ron Artest changed his name to Metta World Peace and now the NBA player is changing his name again!
Recently, Metta was amnestied by the Lakers and then picked up by his hometown New York Knicks.
Now, MWP says since he is starting with the NY Knicks he wants a fresh start, so his name will legally remain Metta World Peace, because changing his name was “too much work,” so he will not announce the new name just yet. Basically, new city new name….go figure?
