Mama Joyce Denies Attempt to Set Up Todd
This season on Real Houswives of Atlanta we say Mama Joyce’s true colors and they’re not pretty when things don’t go her way.
Mama Joyce may seem like she is supportive of her daughter Kandi Burrus, but when it comes to her son-in-law to be Todd Tucker there is NO love there.
In fact, this season CelebNMusic247.com learned that Mama Joyce was trying to set up Todd and make it appear that he is cheating on her daughter. Last week, kandi found out about the set up and she had a sitdown with Todd to discuss the matter.
As for Mama Joyce is still claiming that she did not try to set Todd up.
She tells Cocoa Fab:
“It was really hard for me to watch the last episode for one thing because they were lying on me so that was the hardest part. I never once asked this guy, Benny, to set Todd up. I did tell him that I would pay for some pictures.”
Mama Joyce goes on to say that she heard Todd allowed Kandi’s bff Carmon to sit in his lap and be flirty in public:
“He told me Carmon was sitting on Todd’s lap. I said, ‘Wow, for real?’ I knew Kandi would not believe me because I had told her something and she didn’t believe me so I knew she would only believe us if she saw actual pictures. I said I would pay him for some pictures. I didn’t say nothing about no posing pictures. I meant if he was really behaving that way not when he’s posing with fans. That was the extent of our conversation.
“I told Kandi about that story a long time ago that I said I would pay for pictures so thats why I don’t understand who came up with this about me setting Todd up. I didn’t say anything about setting Todd up. That’s so stupid to even think I would do that.”
As for the physical confrontation that took place between Kandi and Cynthia’s sister Mal, Mama Joyca blames it on Kandi’s emotional outburst because Todd was once again called an opportunist:
“I don’t believe that Kandi was really that mad at Cynthia’s sister. I think she was mad that someone was saying things about Todd. She will do anything for me not to be right.”
On Thursday, Mama Joyce, Kandi Burruss and Todd Tucker appeared on The View yesterday morning.
