According to reports, Kim Kardashian and Kanye West have been struggling to conceive a second child. Kim’s fertility issues have been well-documented on the show, with several of her followers on Twitter expressing sympathy for the celebrity’s current plight.

Kim and Kanye had tried their best to conceive the old-fashioned way, but eventually, they opted for IVF. Unfortunately, according to a source for Us Weekly, this approach is “causing problems with [Kim’s] body.”

While fans of Keeping Up With The Kardashians are well aware of Kim Kardashian and Kanye West’s struggle to conceive a second child. 

Now, Kim is thinking of following in Giuliana Rancic’s footsteps and pursuing surrogacy.

Of course, KUWTK fans will be able to follow the fertility struggle will once again since it will become a major story line on the next episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians.

According to Us Weekly’s source, this episode will feature an unfortunate piece of news from Kim and Kanye: their implanted embryo did not take. This lack of success, combined with the problems IVF is causing for Kim, may be enough to convince Kimye to pursue surrogacy or adoption.

For now, they are leaning towards surrogacy, but adoption remains a definite possibility if the couple’s surrogacy efforts also fall through.
