We previously reported that Brad Pitt was spotted with a Bruise on his face the 3rd annual Light Up the Blues concert to benefit Autism, now Brad Pitt Explains The Bruise On His Face!

Pitt may have been spotted with a big bruise on his face over the weekend, but don’t worry, it wasn’t a case of Tyler Durden slipping out of his subconscious.

The 51-year-old actor assured People that a little bruise (under his left eye) wasn’t going to keep him from talking at the Autism Speaks benefit.

Brad clarified to People magazine what really went down:

“This is what happens when you try to run up steps in the dark, with your arms full, wearing flip flops.”

He continued:

“Turns out if you then try to stop your forward momentum with your face, the result is road rash.”
