The 27-year-old, The Boy Next Door actor poses totally nude for Cosmopolitan U.K.’s March 2015 issue.
In the new Cosmopolitan UK you can find some new Hollywood Sausage that is going to make you breathe heavy. His name is Ryan Guzman, and he has a body of a Greek God.
Though he bared his buns in The Boy Next Door, Guzman posed for the magazine to raise awareness of male cancer for Cancer Research U.K. Past centerfolds include model Tyson Beckford, Homeland’s Diego Klattenhoff, Man v. Food’s Adam Richman, Revenge’s Barry Sloane and U.K. reality star Mark Wright.
Photographer James White shot Guzman in the buff. “I lost my grandfather to cancer when I was 13,” the Pretty Little Liars star says. “It’s affected my life and I’ll do everything I can to back cancer research.
