Welshly Arms has a fresh, throwback sound that represents their Midwestern roots. The group is made up of hometown friends Sam Getz (lead vocals, guitar), Brett Lindemann (keyboard, vocals), Jimmy Weaver (bass, vocals), Mikey Gould (drums), Bri Bryant (vocals) and Jon Bryant (vocals).
This summer, they will be touring with Thirty Seconds to Mars and performing at festivals around the world, including Lollapalooza, Firefly Music Fest, Hangout Music Fest, BottleRock and more.
History:
Welshly Arms formed in 2013 after an impromptu backyard barbeque jam session at frontman Getz’ home. They released their debut EP, Welcome, in 2013, followed by their second EP, Covers, in 2014 and then Legendary, last August, which features the band’s breakout single, “Legendary.” “Legendary” has over 48 million streams to date and has soundtracked NBC’s “The Blacklist,” Den of Thieves and more.
