Initially their home was listed for $3.99 million according to Philly.com but recently the couple has decided to drop their asking price to $3.49 million, essentially taking $500,000.00 in possible profit.

If you remember in Season 2 of RHONJ Teresa said she lived in a $5 million dollar home but with the unstable housing market its seems that the couple will be loosing money to get rid of their dream home.

Teresa and Joe are eager to get rid of their properties before Teresa heads to prison on January 5.

According to the listing agent the couple is looking forward to the sale of their Towaco mansion.“They’re looking for a fresh start,” said Frank Cooney.

Hopefully the couple can get a buyer for the house and Joe and the girls can get settled in a new home shortly after Teresa heads to prison.
