CelebnMusic247.com has the latest on T.I. and Tiny whose names have been dragged for months now after a woman claims the rap stars allegedly drugged and sexually assaulted her.

Well, things are looking up for T.I. and Tiny since prosecutors declined to move forward with the case.

According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, prosecutors decided not to charge the couple because the case falls outside the statute of limitations.

Just like Marilyn Manson’s rape accusers case being thrown out. Prosecutors are now saying the 10-year statute of limitations has expired.

It’s a similar outcome to other allegations against T.I. and Tiny in Las Vegas … where another woman claimed she was drugged and sexually assaulted in 2010 after meeting Tiny at the airport and being invited to hang with the couple.

The Las Vegas case also fell outside the statute of limitations, so there were ultimately no charges.

All we are going to say is this. If you are planning to sue someone do it within the first 6-months once you’ve gotten your shhh back together.

And we know it’s hard to get an attorney sometimes, especially with cases like this, but don’t wait 10 years and think it’s all good to sue.
