This week, Remy Ma’s name and information stealthily was removed from the website of Columbia Records – leading to speculating that she’s been dropped.
Remy was discovered by rapper Big Pun and has continued to work as a member of Fat Joe’s group, Terror Squad. Since then she became an international superstar when she was featured on the #1 hit song Lean Back.
On February 7, 2006, she released her debut studio album There’s Something About Remy: Based on a True Story, which was a modest success, peaking at number 33 on the Billboard 200 chart.
