It’s finally happened! R&B crooner R. Kelly who was on top of the world as the King of R&B has fallen from grace. According to reports Kelly has been found guilty of racketeering…

CelebnMusic247.com reports on Monday R. Kelly was found guilty on all charges in a sex trafficking trial after decades of avoiding criminal responsibility for numerous allegations of misconduct with young women and children.

A jury of seven men and five women found R. Kelly guilty of all nine counts, including racketeering.

A jury of seven men and five women found Kelly, 54, guilty of all nine counts, including racketeering, on their second day of deliberations. Kelly wore a face mask below black-rimmed glasses, remaining motionless with eyes downcast, as the verdict was read in federal court in Brooklyn.

Several accusers testified in lurid detail during the trial, alleging that Kelly subjected them to perverse and sadistic whims when they were underage.

Deveraux Cannick, one of R. Kelly’s lawyers, said he hoped to appeal.

Cannick said:

I think I’m even more disappointed the government brought the case in the first place, given all the inconsistencies.

Acting U.S. Attorney Jacquelyn Kasulis reportedly said:

To the victims in this case, your voices were heard and justice was finally served.

It’s not over for R. Kelly. He will soon be moved back to Chicago to face a separate trial in his home state. And a possible third trial in Minnesota. Kelly always denied the charges against him. He has not released a statement on the verdict.
