Back in 2013, Lil Wayne spoke on his seizures after nearly dying from his purple double cup addiction!
CelebNMusic247.com has just learned that Lil Wayne has been spotted multiple times with his double cup back in his hand and sources close to the YMCMB rapper say it’s Lean!
He was already WARNED to kick the habit so he’ll be around for his kids, but it appears Weezy is NOT listening to nobody!
Wayne has already been raising eyebrows in 2016 since he’s been seen double cupping it in Dubai, which has zero tolerance for drug use.

Sources close to Wayne, who spoke to TMZ, say this reckless behavior is part of a general pattern and that Wayne’s lean habit is out of control again.
Wayne OD’d on syrup back in 2013, and suffered several seizures afterwards. He cleaned up for a while, but the sources tell TMZ he’s back to giving “zero fucks” about his health and has been hitting the drank hard.
We wonder if this has anything to do with Weezy’s confusing situation with his “daddy” Birdman.
It’s been two years since he kicked the habit, but we guess his thirst for the purp is too much to resist?
