Why is Ghostface Killah Disgusted With Martin Shkreli?
Well Wu Tang member Ghostface Killah NEVER thought in a million years that the wackest man on the planet, Martin Shkreli, would be the one who had the winning $2 million bid for Wu-Tang’s one-of-a-kind album Once Upon a Time in Shaolin.
Who is Martin Shkreli?
Martin Shkreli, is the since-disgraced pharmaceutical executive best known for raising the price of Daraprim, a life-saving AIDs and cancer drug, from $13.50 a pill to $750 a pill. RZA has already weighed in with his thoughts on Shkreli.
On Friday, Dennis Coles, better known as Ghostface Killah offered a hot take of his own on ol’ Shkreli.

Then in an impromptu interview with TMZ [via HNHH], Ghostface called Shkreli a “shithead” and seemed disgusted the album ended up in his clammy hands.
Ghostface said this of Shkreli:
“I don’t even know him…but when I heard what he did [with the AIDS medication], you don’t do that… That’s not right.”
Shkreli has said that he has to listen to the album and is waiting for a date with someone like Taylor Swift to bust it out. Ghostface, born Dennis Coles, believes the album belongs to the people and Shkreli should relinquish it.
Ghostface adds:
“What you gonna hold it for 88 years for?”
Shkreli got wind of Ghostface’s comments and responded on Twitter with a punkass remark:
“Ghost mad that Shaolin outsold his last 5 albums…Dude’s a non-profit rapper.”
We would love to see Shkreli say that remark with Ghost standing in front of him. Wu Tang should have NEVER been so greedy if they wanted the fans to enjoy all that Wu music that no one but a greedy pharmaceutical executive who is now in jail awaiting a court to appear at a congressional hearing!
While Tony Stark is complaining about Wu-Tang’s one-of-a-kind album Once Upon a Time in Shaolin being locked away in Martin Shkreli home. The former Turing Pharmaceuticals executive asked a U.S. federal judge for guidance on a demand by lawmakers that Shkreli appear at a hearing on Tuesday, writing that if travel restrictions on him are not lifted, the congressional subpoena should be blocked, CelebNMusic247.com has learned via Fortune:
Lawyers for Shkreli sent a letter to U.S. District Judge Kiyo Matsumoto in Brooklyn late on Friday laying out the conflict between them and the U.S. House Committee.
Shkreli, 32, stepped down last month as chief executive of Turing Pharmaceuticals after his arrest on securities fraud charges.
Unfortunately, before he got busted he used $2 million of his fraudulent monies to win the one of a kind Wu Tang album. The Oversight Committee says it wants to hear testimony from Shkreli about Turing’s decision to raise the price of lifesaving medicine Daraprim by more than 5,000%.
It’s obvious that is was greed, but we all know Shkreli will have some elaborate excuse, and if he’s able to wax the courts hands with some backend coins, then you know whats next. We actually how they DROP the price and lock Shkreli away for a long long time or at least 20 years with no option of parole until 10 years.
As for, Shkreli, he is also required to remain in parts of New York State, although he could ask for a travel waiver. Those restrictions stand under his conditions for pre-trial release.
However, If he does not appear at the hearing, though, lawmakers have threatened to seek criminal contempt charges against him.
On a lighter note, Omarion dropped his “I Ain’t Even Done” Ft. Ghostface Killah which is pretty damn tight. The former Love & Hip Hop Hollywood star is proving that reality TV was a stepping stone to his comeback. To bad Ray J, Lil Flip and Teairra Mari can’t say the same.
