Since Miguel’s failed stage jump at the Billboard Music Awards in May he has been going through it with the woman he landed on.

Khyati Shah, the girl who was on the receiving end of Miguel’s failed stage jump at the Billboard Music Awards in May, may have suffered a serious head trauma after being accidentally kicked by the star. Her lawyer told TMZ that she’s showing symptoms that are consistent with brain damage.
Miguel landed on Khyati Shah’s head after an attempt to leap over a pit of fans while he was performing his hit “Adorn.”
“Some of the difficulties she’s experiencing are cognitive in nature and lead to suspicion of a neurological head injury,” said her attorney, Vip Bhola.
The lawyer also criticized the Awards themselves for not rushing Shah to the hospital.
It is still undetermined if a lawsuit will be filed.
