Last night (June 17), Justin Bieber hit a paparazzo with his car in Los Angeles.

Luckily for Biebs the man is OK and the singer is NOT  being charged for a hit and run crime.

Here’s the drop:

Bieber was leaving the Laugh Factory when his white Ferrari struck a photographer who was trying to snap pictures of the pop star and Lil Twist driving away from the venue.

The pap jumped in front of the car when Justin was pulling away causing him to hit the man with the camera.

The Los Angeles Police Department has investigated the incident, and determined that no crime was committed.

Bieber reportedly told cops he did not know he hit the pedestrian.
