Big Ang was faced with firing Morgan on the season finale, but did you know that the Miami Monkey bar failed their health inspection?
State restaurant inspectors who recently visited the South Beach bar that serves as backdrop for the reality TV show Miami Monkey found so many health violations that they scheduled a followup visit.

The bar, also called Miami Monkey, is run by boisterous mob moll “Big” Ang Raiola, a niece of dead Genovese capo Salvatore “Sally Dogs” Lombardi and a former star on VH1?s Mob Wives hit show.
The Monkey is also managed by Big Ang’s daughter, Raquel, who supervises a crew of beautiful but messed-up workers.
The weekly series airs at 10 p.m. Thursdays on VH1.
Thing is, state health inspectors weren’t too impressed with the cleanliness and found 25 alleged violations, including five mandating an immediate fix.
Actually, a follow-up inspection has been specially scheduled to ensure that Big Ang’s people clean up the mess.
According to the inspection report obtained by Gossip Extra (above), the Monkey was visited Sept. 27. It was the first inspection since the establishment at 1330 Ocean Drive opened May 19 as the cameras rolled.
Among the violations: Raw meat sitting on top of ready-to-eat food; mold in the ice machine and around the soda nozzles; toxic substance stored near food; cutting boards so dirty they could no longer be cleaned properly; and overly-concentrated dish-washing detergent.
