ClebNMusic247.com has learned that Uma Thurman is now facing off with her ex-fiance, Arpad Busson over their 4-year-old daughter, Luna.

Apparently, Busson, just filed legal docs asking a judge to prohibit Uma for taking Luna Thurman-Busson to Europe while she is on location filming a new movie.  The Billionaire ex-fiance blindsided Uma right before she is set to leave town. We’re talking bags packed and sitting at the door waiting for a car to come.

In fact, we’re told that Arpad wants the kid to stay put in NYC, so now a judge will decide the fate of Luna. Will she get to be with her mom or her dad?

Luna was set to leave with her mom, but now Arpad is creating a real-life “Sophie’s Choice” for Uma. The two called things off over the summer, but the billionaire baby daddy feels he NEEDS more time with Luna, but Uma says he doesn’t deserve it.

Obviously he doesn’t get it, so he is making Uma’s life hell. He is trying to sabotage her career, which could be devastating if she backs out now.

Basically Arpad is FORCING her to choose between he movie career or her daughter. We feel that its outright wrong for him to do that, but that the price of dealing with a billionaire. They tend to be controlling and always get what they want.

Uma and Arpad will be heading to court in the next couple of months amid their ongoing custody battle over their daughter. Earlier this month is was claimed that Uma is set to fight her ex on visitation time with Luna which he wants more of.

For the record, “When she and Arpad head to court in a few months, Uma will argue he cancels his scheduled time to see her ‘7 times out of 10.” according to Sources who told TMZ.
