News has broke that newly surfaced video evidence shows Troy Ave as part of the problem and now he’s the primary suspect in last night’s shooting at T.I.’s concert in New York.

HNHH reports:

Troy has now been charged with attempted murder and two counts of criminal possession of a weapon, reports the New York Daily News. A source told the outlet that the rapper is “expected” to be charged with murder once the results of a ballistics test have been concluded. There has only been one confirmed death from last night’s shooting, and that man was revealed to be an affiliate of Troy Ave’s known as B$B Banga.

Shocking details regarding last night’s shooting at a T.I. concert at Irving Plaza in downtown NYC have continued to emerge throughout the day. Earlier, it was reported that the one man who has been pronounced dead was an affiliate of Troy Ave’s known as B$B Banga and that his killing was a result of a conflict between the respective crews of Troy Ave and Maino, the latter whom had been performing alongside Uncle Murda at the time of the shooting. Surveillance video has now surfaced showing a man whom the NYPD have deemed to be Troy Ave busting into a VIP green room and opening fire.

According to the New York Daily News:

Troy has been arrested for reckless endangerment and illegal weapons possession. Troy happened to sustain a gunshot wound to his leg during the incident, reports the Daily News, and apparently he was hit by his own bullet. He was reportedly arrested at NYU Langone Medical Center, where he was being treated for his injuries.

Police told the Daily News that Troy hasn’t been charged with murder, as they are awaiting the results of ballistics tests before charging a particular suspect. Earlier today, graphic, first-person footage from the VIP room was obtained by TMZ. Though the shooter cannot be seen, the footage captures the chaotic and horrific nature of the entire incident.

Meanwhile, TMZ reports:

T.I.’s wallet got caught in the crossfire of that NYC shooting — a huge high school graduation party thinks he’s damaged goods after the violent incident … and organizers are demanding a $55k refund.

Tip was set to perform a concert in South Florida for grads from multiple high schools on June 11. The contract was signed and promoters had sent him $55,000 to retain his services — but then the shootout happened. Promoters fired off a legal notice saying, due to the shooting, “the quality of the Talents services is not satisfactory to our Client.” They added … the event was marketed “as a safe environment for the students.”

Translation: We’re worried kids will get shot if you do this show.

To be fair — T.I. and his crew had nothing to do with the NYC incident. He hadn’t even taken the stage when the shots rang out.

no word yet on how T.I. plans to respond.

What do you think about Ave being the man with the gun in the shooting at the TI concert in New York that ended up with one fatality.
