We guess that TJ Miller is living up to his Office Christmas Party character because TJ Miller was arrested by Los Angeles police early on Friday. It is being reported that TJ Miller got into an alleged altercation with his cab driver?!?

Get all the details on TJ Miller getting arrested on the flip…

The Silicon Valley star used the Uber car service app to get a ride home after making appearances at the GQ Men of the Year party. The only problem is that after the Vulture Awards in Hollywood he became engaged in an argument with the driver over U.S. President-elect Donald Trump.

A touchy subject for all of us in the US these days. Anyways, the argument escalated to Miller slapping the Ubs driver on head as they arrived at Miller’s home.  Yeah…NOT so smart!

TJ Miller Arrest details:

The angry driver was way past boil, so he made a citizen’s arrest calling the cops, who placed Miller in custody, according to TMZ.com.

It’s not clear what charges, if any, Miller is facing, but he was released without bail.

The comedy actor, who features alongside Jennifer Aniston in her new festive film Office Christmas Party, has yet to comment on the incident, but he is set to return to the spotlight on Sunday Dec. 11th, when he is due to host the 22nd Annual Critics’ Choice Awards for the second consecutive year.

Obviously Miller didn’t watch Love & Hip Hop Hollywood, because he would have learned you don’t fight your Uber driver. Look at Teairra Mari.
