Someone on the legal team who is working the case spilled the tea online that Apollo and Phaedra are still legally married as of today.

According to the source on the legal team here is what they allegedly said about Phaedra Parks:

“When your boss wins a high profile case, it is time to celebrate. The Judge ordered that Phaedra Parks is still married as of today to Apollo.”

There is also this news that surfaced via TMZ:

“Looks Like Phaedra Parks May Have Jumped The Gun A Bit When She Declared Her Divorce Final. According To TMZ, The Judge Handling Phaedra’s Divorce Looked Over A Few Things And Ruled That The Marriage Should Actually Stand At This Point.”

This means that if it is true and they’re still married, then the Real Housewives of Atlanta husband can’t be engaged to Sherien Almufti.
