CelebNMovies247.com loves this idea, since Wonder Woman was the best part of Batman vs Superman, and her solo movie is a HUGE success for the DCEU.
We already knew that Connie Nielsen will reprise her role as Queen Hippolyta, but now it’s confirmed that Robin Wright will return as General Antiope in the ensemble film.
Gal Gadot, Nielsen and Wright revealed to the LA Times that there will indeed be more relationship depicted in Wonder Woman.
Gadot said:
“The mother and daughter relationship is always a beautiful but complex relationship. I think that there’s a lot more to explore.”
Neilsen added:
“[Wright and I] got to do more in Justice League as well. As sisters as well. Kind of badass as well. We can’t say much, but …”
Wright weighed in, saying:
“And more of the story, you get some of the history.”
Now, there will also be more of Diana and her relationship with Queen Hippolyta and General Antiope in November 17th release of Justice League.
