Debby Ryan, 22, totally screwed up when the actress reportedly made a left turn and smashed her Audi into a Mercedes, CelebNMusic247.com has learned.
According to source, the driver claimed injury after the accident. And what is worse for Debby is that she failed a field sobriety test, and was arrested for a felony DUI.

Debby‘s charge was bumped down to a misdemeanor because the driver wasn’t seriously injured and she was not too much over the legal .08 limit (her breathalyzer revealed a .11).
Debby is out on $100,000 bail and has been charged with driving under the influence and driving with a .08 blood.
