Britney Spears captioned a carousel of the same photo but with six different filters:

In the sizzling hot pic, the “Toxic” singer poses naked, placing her hands over her breasts while standing in a shower. She strategically placed a pink heart emoji over her nether regions.
Spears shared a similar shot in a follow-up post with the following message:
