CelebnMusic247.com and CelebnReality247.com report that a Los Angeles judge cleared Kim Kardashian of any wrongdoing in Blac Chyna’s defamation suit.

According to legal documents obtained by Us on Friday, April 29, the judge ruled that there was no evidence that anything Kardashian, 41, said was “alleged to be defamatory” against Chyna, 33.

After looking at all of Chyna’s evidence, the court agreed on Friday that there is “no evidence” to support that Kim had a “responsible part” in defaming Chyna.

Even though the defamation claim was dismissed, there is still the alleged intentional interference with a contract claim about the canceled Rob & Chyna series.

In the closing arguments, Chyna’s attorney, Lynne Ciani, called on jurors to use their “common sense.”

The Kardashians claimed Chyna attacked Tyga and Rob Kardashian, her baby daddies.

Rob testified that Chyna pointed a gun to his head twice, strangled him with a phone charging cord, hit him with a metal rod, and then threw a patio chair at his car as he left Kylie Jenner’s house.

She told the jurors that Rob did not go to the hospital, and he didn’t even have “a Band-Aid on him” after the alleged attack.

Ciani said:

For a person to claim that his fiancé struck him … [and] for there to be no mark … that’s not credible!

We are guessing Blac Chyna will be filing an appeal???
