Beck Dusts Off Kanye’s Disrespectful Remarks!

Despite Kanye West being an absolute prick at last nights Grammy Awards 2015 when he straight up disrespected yet another artist who has 10 years history on his career.

Last night Ye has the audacity to dis Beck when speaking to E, saying:

“If they want real artists to keep coming back, they need to stop playing with us.”

“Flawless Beyoncé video, and Beck needs to respect artistry, and he should have given his award to Beyoncé.”

Alternative Rock artist, Beck who has brought hit after hit with acclaim each step of the way has handled the jab like a champion and professional.

Beck said about last nights incident to Rolling Stone:

“I was just so excited he was coming up…[West] deserves to be onstage as much as anybody. How many great records has he put out in the last five years, right?”

“I thought she was going to win. Come on, she’s Beyonce! . . . You can’t please everybody, man. I still love [West] and think he’s genius. I aspire to do what he does.”

Today, West is once again doing some much NEEDED clean up, clarifying that his comments upon arriving in New York City was not intended to imply that Beck wasn’t a real “artist.”

West continued saying:

“I wasn’t saying Beck; I said the Grammys. Beck knows that Beyoncé should have won; you know that.”

Umm, really?

When asked if he had even heard of Beck “before yesterday,” West added, “Come on, man. I love Beck! But he didn’t have the Album of the Year.”

Let’s be honest, Beyonce didn’t have the album of the year at all. 4 great songs does NOT add up to Album of the Year. The nomination is an honor all in itself and Kanye, Bey doesn’t NEED your help. It was her nomination not yours, so stop acting like a straight up suck up!

We tired of his high school antics, grow up dude! We love your music, but next time think before you speak, we heard you stumbling on your words when you were talking to E. Where were you last year when Daft Punk won, that was the year for you to have sounded off, because the world would have agreed, but this year, you are dead wrong!

FYI: Beck also won Best Rock Album, taking home two awards at last evenings 57th Annual Grammy Awards.
