Brooke Hogan Rips Mansion Sale: ‘Dirty Money’

Hulk Hogan’s Clearwater mansion sold for $5.9 million, and his daughter Brooke marked the moment with two words for whoever cashed in: “Enjoy your dirty money.”

Brooke Hogan did not attend a closing, cut a ribbon, or wish the new owners well. When her father’s Clearwater, Florida mansion sold — for $5.9 million, barely half its original asking price of nearly $11 million — she posted a photo of the house with a “SOLD” sticker across it, and then a second, sharper message over another photo of the property: “Enjoy your dirty money.” And underneath that: “You took my dad.”

Hulk Hogan died in July 2025 at 71, after a medical emergency at that same Clearwater property. A neighboring guest cottage has also sold, for $2.8 million. TMZ’s report does not name the buyer, the seller, or who controlled the sale — and Brooke, pointedly, does not name names either. Her posts are aimed at unnamed people she believes profited from her father, the way she says he was used for others’ gain during his life.

Her longer message is the one that reads like a eulogy for the house itself. She wrote of the Clearwater home as the place where her father and his now-ex-wife, Jennifer McDaniel, had once envisioned growing old together; where he was brought back after surgeries; where they cooked, watched “Jerry Springer,” played music and cried; and where she sat beside him in the chair in which he later died. After Jen, she says, she was gone from his life — and his whole environment, energy, work and relationships changed. Everything he built is now gone and sold for profit, she wrote, calling it the saddest ending she had ever seen. She noted she was there for the 15 years before the “vultures” arrived, loving and caring for her father down to keeping track of his medications.

No response from the estate or any family member appears in TMZ’s report, and Brooke’s objection is not really about the number — $5.9 million against an $11 million ask is its own story, but hers is older and rawer: a daughter who was written out of the last chapter of her father’s life, watching the house where that life happened get converted into somebody else’s payday.

The 247 Take — Estates settle, houses sell, and the paperwork never cares about the chair somebody died in. Brooke’s posts are grief with an address on it: she isn’t disputing a price, she’s indicting the people who ended up holding the pen. “You took my dad” is not a real estate opinion. It’s an accusation — and until someone on the other side answers it, it’s the only version of this sale the public is going to hear.
