The 50 Cent–Rick Ross war just left Instagram and entered a courtroom — and this time it isn’t about wings. It’s about 50’s 14-year-old son.

50 Cent has spent a week bodying Rick Ross online — the Wingstop filings, the bail offer in the case involving Ross’s son. On Monday, the fight changed direction and changed venues: 50 went to court, asking a Miami-Dade County judge to order Tia Kemp — Ross’s ex and the mother of Ross’s son — to stop posting about his own child.

Per court documents obtained by TMZ, the petition was filed Monday on behalf of 50’s 14-year-old son, Sire (identified by his initials in the filing), seeking an immediate temporary injunction barring Kemp from stalking, cyberstalking or harassing the teen, with a final injunction to follow after a hearing. Before the filing, 50’s attorneys had already sent Kemp a cease-and-desist letter demanding she remove the posts and stop publishing. According to the filing, her response was to post part of the letter itself, captioned: “F u and ya lawyers.”
What the petition alleges is a concentrated campaign: four separate online publications targeting Sire over just six days, including an October 25 interview in which Kemp allegedly again called the teenager “slow” and claimed he “can’t talk.” The filing says Kemp has repeatedly mocked Sire online, calling him “slow” and claiming he is on the autism spectrum, and that she posted a photo of Sire alongside a sexually explicit image of a woman the filing suggests is his mother, Daphne Joy. The petition argues the conduct has caused Sire humiliation, embarrassment and mental anguish, and that it will continue unless the court steps in. To be precise about where this stands: TMZ reports no injunction has been granted yet, and the petition seeks no damages and involves no criminal charges — this is a request for a judge’s order, not a verdict on one. TMZ says it reached out to Kemp for comment and had not heard back; Ross does not appear in TMZ’s report at all.
The history humming underneath is the oldest one in this feud. Kemp has been a recurring character in the 50–Ross wars for years precisely because of who she is: Ross’s ex, the mother of his son William Roberts III — the same son 50 offered to bail out just three days ago in our coverage of the Daytona case. 50 has long treated Kemp as a friendly source in enemy territory; her posts about Ross are part of why she’s famous. But there’s a line in hip-hop beef that even this feud has mostly observed, and it’s the kids. Ross’s camp watched 50 drag his son’s legal trouble into the spotlight last week. Now 50 is in front of a judge arguing that the mother of that same son has been dragging his.
The 247 Take — Strip the celebrity names off this and read it plain: a father is asking a court to protect a 14-year-old from an adult’s posts, and he’s alleging the kind of mockery — disability taunts aimed at a minor — that no amount of rap-beef tradition covers. 50 Cent built a Hall of Fame career on having no limits as a troll. This week he’s the one drawing one, in a courthouse, with lawyers. Whatever the judge decides about the injunction, that fact alone tells you how far past entertainment this feud has gone.
