CelebNMusic247.com reports that The ex-wife of “Empire” star Terrence Howard has had enough of his attempts to delay her case against him in court.
Terrence Howard is under criminal investigation for tax evasion and believes he cannot give testimony in his ex-wife Michelle Howard’s case against him.
Michelle is Howard ‘s second wife from 2010-2013. She is trying to collect on a settlement the two sides agreed to back in 2013.
For some reason he continues to drag things out delaying her payment so she can move on with her life.
The Blast reports:
Michelle wants the court to put an end Terrence’s efforts to delay her case, according to court documents obtained by The Blast.
She argues that “there should be no further delay to accommodate” his and his wife Mira’s “purported Fifth Amendment concerns.”
Michelle goes on to say that there is no legitimate reason for Terrence “to receive a stay or continuance from the Court due to an ongoing criminal investigation.”
Currently, Howard’s net worth is $5 million.
